Biography
The poet, musician, and literary critic Thierry Raboud was born in 1987 in Martigny. He studied music, French, and philosophy at the universities of Lausanne and Fribourg, as well as the Haute École de musique in Lausanne. A graduate of the Centre de formation au journalisme et aux médias, he has written for the cultural desk of the daily La Liberté since 2013 and is a regular contributor to Swiss and French reviews. Published by Éditions Empreintes, his collection Crever l’écran and long poem Terres déclives were singled out respectively for the 2019 Prix Pierrette Micheloud and the 2022 Prix Tirage Limité awarded by Lausanne’s Bibliothèque cantonale et universitaire.
