Sarah Elena Müller

Born in 1990, the multidisciplinary artist Sarah Elena Müller works in literature, music, multimedia, and performance. Since 2024, she has been part of the Swiss National Science Foundation research project Autofiction & Consciousness, exploring the links between creative writing and self-narrative. Her debut novel Bild ohne Mädchen (Limmat, 2023) won numerous awards and was shortlisted for the Swiss Book Prize. In 2025 she received a grant that the City of Bern awards to encourage writing. She is currently cocreating the graphic novel Unwell with the illustrator Luca Schenardi.
