Maia Panjikidze

Dr. Maia Panjikidze is a professor at the Caucasus University in Georgia. She holds a PhD in Philology and German Studies, and works as a freelance translator. She is the author of works on the German language and German literature, and translates from German and English into Georgian as well as from Georgian into German. Apart from her academic career, she served as the Ambassador to Germany and the Netherlands. From 2012 to 2014 she was the Foreign Minister of Georgia.
