Lisa Sommerfeldt

Lisa Sommerfeldt is a well-known and successful German playwright and author of radio plays. She attaches great importance to both working in a team and, as a trained actress, seeing that her writing does not defy performance. She combines modern components, poetic motifs, and the use of dialogue, but also brings in special narrative passages for theater she calls “experienced monologue.” Some of her plays have been translated and are available in Polish, French, English, and Russian.
