Jan Nowak

Born in 1985 in Poland, Jan Nowak is a poet, translator, publisher, and professor of French as a foreign language. He has developed in particular a teaching method that makes use of contemporary French-language theater and is the source of several literary projects in both French and Polish. In 2013, he founded the first publishing house in Poland dedicated to theater and works for the stage, Dramedition. He has translated numerous plays and regularly mounts writing residencies, theater festivals, and literary events.
