Hubert Klimko-Dobrzaniecki

Hubert Klimko-Dobrzaniecki was born in 1967 in Bielawa, Lower Silesia, Poland. He is a writer and filmmaker who has written several novels, novellas, story collections and short films. His books have been translated into fourteen languages (in English, Calypso Editions has brought out Lullaby for a Hanged Man), and nominated or shortlisted for a number of Poland’s top literary awards. He currently divides his time between Vienna and Krasne, a village in Poland.
