Biography
Khaddafina Mbabazi is a writer and musician from Kampala who is now living and working in Charlottesville, USA. She holds an MFA from the University of Virginia, where she was a Henry Hoyns Fellow and taught fiction and a nonfiction course on cosmopolitanism A winner of the PEN/Dau Prize for Emerging Writers, she has published work in a number of reviews, including Ploughshares, VQR, and The Johannesburg Review of Books, and has been awarded fellowships and residencies by different institutions. She is currently the fiction editor at The Weganda Review.
